A medical center in central Montana has an opening for a skilled CRNA to assist their team with locum coverage.

Opening Highlights:

• Schedule: 7a-3p and 24-hour beeper call shifts
• Daily Census: 4 cases
• Case Mix: General, endo, ortho, OB, podiatry, spine, ENT, ER (trauma, intubations, difficult IVs, and sedations), occasional dental
• Paid travel & expenses

During your time off, hike or bike scenic trails that wind through grassy plains and mountain foothills, attend a rodeo or county fair showcasing ranching traditions, and drive scenic byways with sweeping views.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered CRNA (Certified Nurse Anesthetists) Montana state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited CRNA (Certified Nurse Anesthetists) program
• One year of work experience as CRNA (Certified Nurse Anesthetists)
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified

• Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
• Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
• Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
