Description
Providence Medical Group is currently seeking a part-time (0.5 FTE) physician assistant to join their growing Orthopedic Surgery practice located at the Central Medical Office Building at the Providence Holy Family Hospital campus. This role will provide a mix of outpatient clinic as well as surgical first assist support in total joint, hip & knee replacements. Position Details:
- Part-time position, 0.5 FTE
- Weekday schedule; no weekends, evenings, or call expected
- Mix of outpatient clinic and OR surgical first assist responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits:
- Comprehensive benefits include health, vision, dental, PTO and retirement

- As a non-profit organization, Providence qualifies for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
- Compensation is between $72.12 and $96.32 per hour
The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in advanced practice is required; surgical first assist experience is preferred
- Experience in orthopedic surgery is preferred; total joint replacement experience is preferred
